Dr. Shereen Al-Jamal
Dr. Shereen Al-Jamal graduated from New York Chiropractic College with Honors in 2009 and obtained her Bachelor of Science with concentration in Honors Biology in 2006 from the University of Western Ontario. Since graduating Dr. Al-Jamal has been practicing Chiropractic in a variety of private clinics and serving a diverse patient population.
Dr. Al-Jamal has extensive experience and focuses on the utilization of exercises, mobilizations, kinesiotaping and active/passive muscle therapy in addition to chiropractic adjustments to help her patients achieve their optimal recovery goals. She also utilizes a variety of chiropractic adjustments including activator, diversified, drop table technique, Graston and others.
Throughout her professional career, Dr. Al-Jamal has served a diverse patient base and provided treatment to a number of areas including The Spine, Muscles, tendons, and ligament injuries and pain (Chronic, sport, work-related and motor vehicle injuries).
She also has experience in rehabilitation for Motor-vehicle and work-related injuries/WSIB, rehabilitation for Upper and Lower Extremities (with focus on shoulder Related injuries and impingement Syndromes) and the TMJ/Jaw. Dr. Al-Jamal has training in exercise Therapy/prescription, and Postural/Ergonomic Adjustments.
